dc.description.abstractThis project aims to analyze the key factors affecting retention in The City of Columbia’s Call Center and develop data-driven strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition. By leveraging industry best practices and research along with employee feedback, the project seeks to identify one of the main factors that influence employee retention and provide a strategy that call centers can adopt to build a more stable, motivated, and efficient workforce.
