The South Carolina Department of Mental Health's Community Mental Health Centers are always looking to hire psychiatrists at each of their locations throughout the state. This has been a struggle throughout the state due to the shortage of psychiatrists both in South Carolina and nationwide. This project focuses on this ongoing shortage in regards specifically to the AndersonOconee-Pickens Mental Health Center in regard to hiring of qualified licensed psychiatrists.
