Abstract
The Cass Elias McCarter Guardian ad Litem Program does not have a training program or manual in place to provide employees with the nuts and bolts of their job. The training program and instructional manual that this project entails would provide a guideline for employees to follow from the beginning, providing first-hand knowledge from those that have performed the roles effectively, as well as equipping staff with the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively as they continue to be employed with the Program.
