Abstract
This manual has been developed and is intended to be used as a resource to assist contractors in complying with all federal requirements as set forth by Federal Highway Administration’s Required Contract Provisions Federal-Aid Construction Contracts. To assist in this effort, various examples and forms have been included in this manual.
