This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atopall state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Monday, July 31, 2023, in honor of the passing of Newberry Police Department Lieutenant Michael Charles Wood, Jr. who died in the line of duty.
