Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from those entities (Proposers) interested in contracting to serve as the Design-Build Team for the design and construction of four bridges in District 3. The Project consists of the replacement of four bridges in Pickens County in South Carolina. The Project also includes all approach roadway work necessary to tie the new roadway alignments to the existing roadway alignments.
