Abstract
South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS) is responsible for the administration of funding through Titles IV-B (Subparts 1 and 2) and IV-E programs, the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) and the Chafee Foster Care Independence Program. The Annual Progress & Services Report includes goals and activities for Federal Fiscal years 2019-2020 required to receive Federal allotments authorized under title IV-B, subparts 15 and 2, section 106 of Child Abuse and Prevent Treatment Act, Chafee Foster Care Independence Program and Education Training Voucher programs.
