This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster suspends the federal rules and regulations that establish certain registration, permitting, length, width, weight, and load requirements, as fully set forth below, for commercial vehicles responding to the existing emergencies in the in the State of South Carolina and the State of North Carolina due to a winter storm in North Carolina.
