Abstract
VR3 is a monthly email newsletter about the South Carolina Vocational Department's clients and staff. This May 2013 issue contains articles spotlighting the story of Kevin Patterson using his medical training to help fellow employee Renita Smith when she collapsed, DDS holding its annual Pride banquet, and a feature on a homemade prosthetic leg made by a former SCVRD client that was on display at the Smithsonian for a decade.
