Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that all flags on state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, in tribute to Fire Engineer Paul E. Quattlebaum, Jr. of the Lexington County Fire Service, who dutifully served as a firefighter in this state and died in the line of duty.
