Abstract
This report documents family homelessness in Richland County from 2004 to October 2015. The analyses are focused on understanding the scale and scope of experiences confronting families who are homeless. The report also analyzes the capacity of Richland County to address the needs of family homelessness, public opinion about homeless services, and the gap between local resources and the need of families. The report concludes with consideration of promising practices that can help build the capacity of Richland County to address family homelessness.
