Abstract
This document outlines goals, strategies, and initiatives to be undertaken by SC Housing in Fiscal Years 2024 through 2026 in order to accomplish its mission and vision. The planning is informed by current housing trends, market conditions and the need to better leverage available public and private resources and capacity. It should be viewed as a roadmap with mile markers where we collectively evaluate the path forward in response to changing market conditions and the unique needs of each local community.
