Abstract
The goals of SCECAP are to 1) monitor the quality of all South Carolina estuaries, 2) develop integrated measures of coastal habitat condition, 3) report findings to the public in understandable formats, and 4) use the data in management and regulatory decisions. This technical report is the fifth in a series of biennial reports documenting the status and trends of South Carolina’s coastal habitat since 1999.
