Abstract
This document is an Environmental Site Assessment that has been conducted for the property known as the Daniel C. Epting property, which is presently being considered for the construction of a 230-69 kV electrical substation. The report has been prepared primarily in accordance with American Society for Testing and Material standard E 1527-00, where applicable, to appraise the property in terms on environmental status and suitability for transfer. The information presented in this report has been compiled and reviewed by an environmental professional, as defined by ASTM standard E 1527-00.
