dc.description	This is the fourth annual report on progress toward closing the gaps in Palmetto Achievement Challenge Test (PACT) achievement among demographic groups of South Carolina students enrolled in grades 3 through 8. all South Carolina elementary and middle schools. This report continues the previous studies by analyzing the 2005 PACT data and provides an update of progress toward fulfilling the call to action made two years ago.
