Abstract
This is a two year plan that is designed to promote and support an effective, customer-driven workforce system that facilitates financial stability and economic prosperity for employers, individuals and communities. Included in the plan are the mission statement, vision statement, key performance indicators, Unemployment Insurance (UI) organizational charts, UI operations, employment tax services, UI assurance and measures, UI collections and UI initiatives.
