Abstract
South Carolina can deploy a number of strategic advantages to grow a robust clean energy manufacturing economy. In order to capitalize on the expected growth of this sector, the South Carolina Clean Energy Industry Manufacturing Market Development Advisory Commission proposes a number of recommendations to the South Carolina General Assembly and Governor which are included in this report.
