Abstract
Description
The Appraisal Services Unit has as one of its primary functions to collect specific property data to insure accurate calculations of replacement cost for buildings and improvements. Two options for providing an electronic document imaging solution for the Appraisal Services Unit are explored in this report. One is an outsourced solution (#1) and the other is an in-house solution (#2). The purpose of this report is to examine the two different options and recommend a solution for implementation.
