    The purpose of this guidebook is to provide coastal communities with a resource to investigate vulnerable infrastructure that poses a risk to public health in our changing climate, with an emphasis on flooding. This guidebook provides stepwise instructions on how to use novel mixed-methods Susceptibility Index to conduct infrastructure and public/environmental health risk assessments.
