The South Carolina Department of Transportation in partnership with the Santee Lynches Council of Governments has developed this Advanced Project Planning Report (APPR) for the potential improvements to three segments of the designated truck routes in the city of Camden, Kershaw County. The APPR is a preliminary evaluation conducted within the study area to identify the potential benefits, impacts and areas of concern to the human and natural environment by the potential roadway improvement project. The purpose of the project is to improve the truck operations and safety along the existing designated truck routes.
