Abstract
Description
The Audit Council reviewed the growth of the budget figures as presented in the fund source analysis section of the State's budget documents for every third year since 1965. It was found that the total budget, expressed in constant 1965 dollars, has more than tripled since 1965. This report contains a review of various aspects of the State's budget process. Additionally, a review of the State's accounting and reporting system was performed.
