    Governor Nikki Haley declares that an emergency exists as a result of the damage caused by a traffic accident on the eastbound lanes of 1-26 0.8 miles west of St. Andrews Road and direct the South Carolina Department of Transportation to undertake actions to repair and replace the eastbound barrier wall, drainage system, controlled access fencing, and pavement.
