Abstract
This supplement to the manual gives direction for the examination of crossings, reporting of hazards, removal of hazards, civil penalties charged for noncompliance. The goals of this manual are to provide a systematic, continuous method of inspecting crossings for unobstructed views of approaching trains and to see that crossbucks and other signs are properly placed and maintained at all public railroad crossings in South Carolina.
