Abstract
This Plan was drafted by the legislatively-mandated South Carolina Human Trafficking Task Force to discuss and evaluate the problem of human trafficking in South Carolina and to develop strategies to use going forward in the fight against this growing problem. This document includes the Task Force’s findings and recommendations and also contains general information about human trafficking and additional resources for further study.
