Abstract
The Lessons Learned documents are the result of a legislative mandate of the South Carolina Office of Inspector General. These lessons are passed from investigations and management reviews to all state agencies to stimulate agency heads to reflect on how their respective agencies may handle similar issues in order to bring about positive changes.
