Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: authorizing law enforcement to maintain order, ensure public safety, and preserve public health during the State of Emergency by whatever may be deemed necessary, authorizing law enforcement to prohibit or disperse any congregation or gathering or people of groups of three or more if it is deemed they pose a threat to public health, and authorizing law enforcement agencies and departments to enter into mutual aid agreements in connection with the State of Emergency.
