Abstract
Per Proviso 3.1 of the FY 2023-2024 Appropriations Act, the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education (CHE) is required to provide a summary report on the FY 2022-2023 lottery fund expenditures and the CHE's audit activity to the Executive Budget Office, the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee.
