Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice is doing all it can to limit the transmission of COVID-19 within the agency’s secured facilities, county offices, and alternative placement sites. In accordance with Governor Henry McMaster’s Executive Orders, recommendations from federal and state health officials, SCDJJ has developed this Response Plan to take action against this health threat by implementing all possible social distancing practices, health screenings, and sanitization and hygiene habits to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
