Abstract
This letter to the Office of Regulatory Staff will memorialize and further confirm that the Office of Regulatory Staff (“ORS”) shall communicate and effectuate the governor's request that all regulated utilities and cooperatives serving the State of South Carolina--including those not currently under the jurisdiction of ORS--do not suspend or disconnect essential services for nonpayment during the current State of Emergency.
