Because of limited resources and budget constraints, it has been suggested that the Region 8 lab be closed. This project analyzes three separate scenarios: 1. Keep the Region 8 lab fully functional; 2. Close the Region 8 lab and drive the samples to the Region 7 lab (Charleston) or ship the samples to the Columbia lab via the State courier service and; 3.
