Unless noted, site-specific standards apply only to the water named and not to tributary or downstream waters. Where surface waters are not classified by name (unlisted) in this regulation, the use classification and numeric standards of the class of the stream to which they are tributary apply, disregarding any site-specific numeric standards for the named waterbody.
