All raw milk and raw milk products for human consumption shall be bottled, packaged, and sealed at the same location where they were produced, or, in the case of raw milk products, at a location under the direct control of the raw milk producer that has been approved by the Department, and all raw milk and raw milk products shall conform to the chemical, physical, bacteriological, and temperature standards as well as the sanitation requirements of this Regulation.Records, documents, and information made available by the agencies of the South Carolina state government or its subdivisions are made accessible through the South Carolina State Library Depository and are protected under U.S. Copyright law (Title 17, U.S.C.) and South Carolina state law (Title 30 and 60, S.C.C.L.).
