Part of this project plans to improve upon the current claimant messaging employed by the department for billing and notifying individuals that owe the department money, analyze the existing escalating process by which an individual is "scored" based upon the number of contact attempts made and propose enhancements to each. It also plans to show how the department can experience cost savings within this process by allowing the Department of State Information Technology's printing service to print, stuff and mail these notices at a reduced rate while overlaying the outdated address DEW has in its database with updated information with the USPS's address database.DocumentCopyright status undetermined.
