Second, this project will ask the question, "How do staff members at public libraries who administer and oversee the operation of the SCETV satellite downlinks feel about downlink use, promotion, and available distance education opportunities?" through the use of a survey instrument specifically created to look at the areas of record keeping, downlink use, physical location of downlink, technical support, training, and promotion of use.DocumentCopyright status undetermined.
