This incentive includes a $750 nonrefundable state income tax credit for eligible homebuyers. The Energy Efficient Manufactured Homes Labeling Program was created by the General Assembly in 1992. Originally managed by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, the Energy Office assumed the responsibility of managing the program in 1998.Records, documents, and information made available by the agencies of the South Carolina state government or its subdivisions are made accessible through the South Carolina State Library Depository and are protected under U.S. Copyright law (Title 17, U.S.C.) and South Carolina state law (Title 30 and 60, S.C.C.L.).
