Code Ann. Sections 44-1-110 through -140, the Emergency Health Powers Act (S.C. Code Ann. Section 44-4-10 et seq.), S.C. Code Ann. Sections 44-29-10 through -50, Regulations 61-16 and 61-20, and the State Emergency Response Plan with its supporting annexes, appendices, and Standard Operating Procedures.
