The average standard turnaround time (the elapsed time from when an application is received to the time a permit is issued) is expected to be ten (10) to twelve (12) working days, as agreed by DHEC. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the application/permitting process and reduce the turnaround time required for the issuance of a permit.DocumentCopyright status undetermined.
