2012-02-072012-02-072011-02http://hdl.handle.net/10827/5700The database currently in use by the Office of State Engineer was created approximately 15 years ago (early 1996) using Microsoft Access. In December 2010 through February 2011, the database had so many failures; it was unusable by the OSE Admin Assistant and caused a tremendous amount of backlog in paperwork and frustration by OSE staff and State Agencies. The need of and support for a new database for OSE is obvious. The lack of money is a situation that we can do nothing about, but hope that the economic recovery of the state comes quickly. Until that time, it will be prudent to continue to tweak the information in this project as changes to our processes occur.DocumentCopyright status undetermined.
