Vocational education--South Carolina
This booklet has been prepared to give the people of South Carolina a brief picture of what has taken place in vocational education in South Carolina from 1917 to 1950. The over-all purpose of the program has been to adjust workers in various occupations in South Carolina to meet the rather rapidly changing economic and employment conditions in the state. This publication tries to illustrate the practical application of vocational education to the farm, to industry, to homemaking, and to business as it has been carried on in South Carolina over this thirty-three year period.
