Abstract
The Department of Education provides this report regarding the costs and opportunities of the change to the State's Uniform Grading Policy from a 7-point scale to a 10-point scale. The report shall include, but not necessarily be limited
to, the projected impact, if any, that the change may have on the State's merit based scholarship programs, recommendations on how to fund the projected impact, if any, to the State's merit based scholarship programs, and suggested alternatives to mitigate the projected impact, if any, to the State's merit based scholarship programs.
