Abstract
The Ashley Cooper Stormwater Education Consortium’s Year Sixteen Annual Report of Activities summarizes outreach and involvement programming offered by the Ashley Cooper Stormwater Education Consortium (ACSEC) community
and education partners in 2024. The ACSEC implements a region-wide outreach strategy to educate Charleston Tri-County residents on water quantity, quality, and the cumulative impacts of stormwater. Education programming is steered
by the ACSEC Stormwater Outreach Strategic Plan 2024-2029, which identifies priority issues to address through messaging, and outreach that targets residential and commercial audiences.
