Emergency Operations Plan

Abstract
This plan establishes standards and procedures for DPH (Department of Public Health) and assigns responsibilities for delivering emergency health services to the citizens and visitors of South Carolina in the event of either man-made or natural disasters, or other threats to public health and wellbeing. This agency-wide operations plan provides for the coordination and use of all DPH personnel and resources, before, during and following emergencies. This plan supplements but does not replace the SCEOP (State Emergency Operations Plan).
