Abstract

This book is a historical account that provides insights into the life of Brigadier General Francis Marion and the history of his brigade. It includes a detailed description of the campaigns of 1780, 1781, and 1782, as well as an appendix with letters exchanged between leading characters of that time, primarily from General Greene to General Marion.
