South Carolina Certified Public Manager Program
Abstract
SCETV currently lacks clearly defined volunteer roles, largely due to shifts in needs over time. A comprehensive, sustainable volunteer program can enhance operational efficiency while fostering loyalty among volunteers. The reimagining of SCETV’s volunteer program represents a vital step in addressing an evolving media landscape. By identifying new roles and modernizing volunteer management practices, SCETV can build a sustainable program that reflects its mission and values while continuing to engage the community in meaningful ways.
