Abstract
In 1987, Congress amended the federal Clean Water Act (CWA) authorizing the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), a low interest loan program, to assist public entities with the financing of publicly owned treatment facilities. This Intended Use Plan (IUP), required under the CWA, describes how South Carolina intends to use available SRF funds.
