Abstract
The property is intended to be developed by the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission as a recreation area. The proposed project was reviewed by the South Carolina State Historic Preservation Office and an intensive archaeological survey was recommended. This study is intended to provide a synopsis of the archaeological survey of the Dorchester Road Park tract.
