Description
Energy Use in South Carolina’s Public Facilities, Fiscal Year 2003 summarizes energy consumption and cost data for public school districts, state agencies and public institutions of higher learning in South Carolina. It is required by the South Carolina Energy Conservation and Efficiency Act of 1992. In fiscal year 2002, South Carolina public facilities saved $12.67 million in energy costs compared to fiscal year 1998 as a result of more energy efficient buildings
