Abstract
This executive order by Governor by Governor Nikki R. Haley places certain units and personnel of the National Guard on State Active Duty status for the purpose of making emergency repairs to infrastructure and directs the Adjutant General to utilize certain National Guard personnel and equipment to support restoration operations in Clarendon County, the City of Columbia, and other local governments as determined prior to November 2, 2015.
