Abstract
A Special Purpose District is a district created by an Act of the South Carolina General Assembly or pursuant to general law, which provides any governmental power or function including, but not limited to, fire protection, sewage treatment, water or natural gas distribution or recreation. This is a listing of special purpose districts along with information about them as well as members of the boards of directors and address and contact information.
