Abstract
The training coordinators at the Center for Child Care Career Development, in coordination with Sharon Bowman, have developed a series of free micro-courses for trainers. These 7 courses are short, highly visual, interactive slide presentations. They are found on the Center’s website: http://sc-ccccd.net/Training/Micro-Courses/Micro-Courses.html. They contain content that will help trainers write their outlines and deliver training using the best of adult learning principles. Micro-courses were written specifically for trainers. There is no DSS credit awarded for viewing these micro-courses.
